• Draftsperson
  
  We are seeking a part-time Draftsperson to help us further develop our Audio Symbol Set. You will be working alongside USA829 members on the design team. Because Drafty ships as an entirely integrated drafting package you will quite literally be determining drafting standards used by designers across the US, UK, and over 115 other countries around the world. We are a quick growing company showing an average of over 150% growth in active users annually over our three and a half year existence thus far.
  
  Job is contract-to-hire. Starting in January at $100/week for 4 hours of work on a IC basis, after 6 months we will do a performance review where you will be eligible for more hours (at $25/hr) and hiring on a USA829 Assistant Designer (POA) contract. Because we firmly believe in making tools that make designer's work easier, your hours are set by you to work in and around your current and (hopefully) active design schedule.
  
  Adobe Illustrator knowledge at intermediate level or better is a must and at least basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. Familiarity with web development tools is a bonus. • Site License Sales Associate

  We are seeking a Sales Associate to sell Site Licenses to Schools (High School, College, University), Theaters, and production houses. Must have a basic understanding of both theatrical design processes and sales experience. Must have extensive experience in at least one of the two (Design or Sales). The position is entirely self directed and pay, aside from training, is commission based (20% commission per sale).

  Lumax Software LLC. is a bootstrapped software company based in California and New York focused on creating simple to use tools for theatrical professionals. We launched our flagship product, Drafty, in January 2016. Based on the success of that launch we are building out our team and portfolio of products.
